  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)
    3.2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
    3.3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.
4.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

5.1. Flexrapic offers exchanges for defective or damaged items.
5.2. To request an exchange, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide details and photos of the issue.
5.3. Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at info@flexrapic.com within 7 days of delivery.
6.2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.
6.3. Flexrapic will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

7.3. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned following the return process outlined above.
